omg, your tips so far are hilarious and quite true. It's annoying when I have to man the front desk at the study abroad office because everyone just assumes that everyone else knows how to do something, and when you ask, they all give you different instructions and don't know wtf you're talking about and the notes left behind for new receptionists are either confusing and hard to follow or are completely bs'd. Am I bitter? No.

No, I don't think so. I'm gonna have some actually useful things up there soon. I'm hoping it'll become an interesting account of my experience that can help other people and also be entertaining. Also, my last name and the company name are no where to be found...
