* I'm sorry, but really Disney? 3D? Must we? I'll go see it in non-3D, can't we do that instead?
Is it sad to say I already knew that stuff? I'm such a Disney nerd that I will go see it in 3-D. I did the same with the Lion King and cried the whole time. Hopefully it won't happen again. (It will happen again.)
ReplyDeleteNo, it's not sad, I just post anything I see online that is Disney related. I may still go see it in 3D... the trick is getting my mom to go with me, so she pays....
ReplyDeleteAnd Cylon, I get teary every time the Beast transforms... whether that's in my home because I want to have something on as I make jewelry or at high school during French class or the rough clip in Waking Sleeping Beauty.
ReplyDeleteAw, and I'm missing it in Thailand. That really soaks my hair. :( I wish I was back in IC with all of you and we'd watch Beauty and the Beast 3D and then dress up all fancy and get drunk and go to the clubs.
ReplyDeleteAh least I won't be tempted to watch it in 3D like I did with the Lion King.
Love the link though.
I would have to go see it with someone, I think. Allya, you're right. I think my mom would also like to see it/pay with me. Though I really doubt that the 3D will bring that much to the table, I do want to see it in on the big screen. The only movies where the 3D was EVER worth it is A. Avatar (which unfortunately didn't extend to the characters which were still 2 dimensional, HAHA SEE WHAT I DID THERE) B. Hugo (I'm serious, this movie has amazing 3D, it's awesome. After watching it you'll wonder why anyone tries to do anything different in 3D).
ReplyDeleteThe link is great. Fucking Jeffery Katzenburg. I love him because I think that his business saavy is part of what ushered in the renaissance of the 90's . . . but only part. He's such an oily S.O.B. AND SHREK IS OVERRATED! I SAID IT!
I'm surprised that Beauty and the Beast was the first time they had full scripts. It seems like such common sense to me. It's also interested they had a prose, stage, television person do the scripts, and when I say interesting I mean how can I get a job screenwriting for a Pixar?
